Quality Control Department

This department controls the quality of incoming raw materials and components and supervises every stage of manufacturing, final production, warehousing and storage in accordance with the relevant standards. Its graduate-level specialists use advanced, calibrated instruments together with quality-control procedures and regulations at predetermined critical control points.

Laboratory

Dama Ettehad’s laboratory maintains the scientific and technical infrastructure needed for continuous cooperation with universities and research centres. The company holds CE certification for heating elements and electric heaters and is implementing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025. Its modern laboratory equipment supports all element tests required by Iranian National Standards 1-1562 for household appliances and 16192 for heating elements.
